  Sometimes I wonder if we are – we could just be a little game that someone far more advanced than us is playing…then they send in some natural disasters and see how we cope! But no…I don’t think it is really the case, it’s just something amusing to wonder about!

  Lots of philosophers have thought about this kind of question so its a good one to ask. Its also quite similar to thinking about whether we are just brains in a jar (like in the matrix) and that someone else is controlling everything we think we are seeing but its not all real. It’s definitely something I’ve thought before, but I decided that I don’t think it’s actually happening. Besides even if it is, it doesn’t seem to me like it is so I guess I don’t really mind!

  Yes I at one time thought that but I found that putting silver foil in my father Christmas hat solved the problem

  I used to love playing The Sims – I had triplet babies and they were always awake in the night hungry or wanting cuddles. Or screaming the house down.
  
  They were so exhausting that I tried to get social services to take them off me!
