      Yes I definitely really enjoy my job, there are loads of great things about it, like getting to choose exactly what I want to learn about and only having to study things I am interested in. Sometimes there are boring bits like most jobs. One project I did needed lots of data from work that other people had done before, so I had to spend hours searching for it online and emailing people to ask for their data, that was a bit boring but I didn’t mind because I would do that in the morning and something more interesting in the afternoon. Plus when I’d finished collecting the data I used it to find out lots of cool stuff about evolution!

      I really love it. Of course there are times when it can get boring, as with most jobs, but there are lots of different things you need to do, so if you get bored with one thing, you can switch to do something else for a while.

      Also, I normally get to travel every year – last year I went to Kenya for a few weeks, at the moment I am in Australia for 3 months, then later on in the year I am planning to go back to Kenya, and perhaps also to Italy and Brazil! That helps to break things up and gets me out of the office for a bit! There are not many jobs with that much variety!
